Ethan Ames is a partner at Lynch Carpenter. He leverages his significant experience in litigating complex disputes to advocate for the firm’s clients in an efficient and effective manner.

At Lynch Carpenter, Ethan represents clients in the firm’s mass arbitration and class action practices. His work focuses on consumer protection and privacy matters.

Prior to joining Lynch Carpenter, Ethan was an associate at Keller Postman LLC. At Keller Postman, Ethan represented thousands of clients in court and in arbitration as a member of the firm’s mass arbitration practice. He primarily represented consumers in privacy, data misuse, consumer protection, and antitrust matters.

Before Keller Postman, Ethan was an associate at Venable LLP, where he represented companies and ultra-high-net-worth individuals in state and federal courts throughout the United States. At Venable, Ethan developed extensive experience in various aspects of litigation, from pleadings to discovery, motion practice, and appellate work. His representations at Venable included high-profile clients in the media and entertainment industry.

Ethan graduated from the University of Chicago Law School. He earned his undergraduate degree in three years, summa cum laude, from the University of Toledo. Before attending law school, Ethan was an experienced associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
