Connor is a Detroit native and lifelong Lions fan who earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Arizona State University. After graduation, he worked in the fraud and anti-money laundering department for a regional business bank in the Bay Area of California.

In August 2020, Connor moved to San Diego to attend the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was a member of the San Diego Law Review and the Transactional Law Team. During law school, he was a law clerk in the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation enforcement division, where he worked with California securities and consumer protection laws. Connor started at Lynch Carpenter as a law clerk during his last year of law school and began as an associate after graduation.

During his free time, he enjoys golfing with friends and spending time with his wife and dog.
