Every organization has that one administrative person that keeps things operating smoothly, and is the person everyone calls when something goes wrong or needs to be handled. At Lynch Carpenter, that person is Elaine, our Firm Administrator. With the laudable distinction of being the very first employee of the firm (Gary Lynch hired her in 1992 for his initial solo practice), Elaine has witnessed the firm’s growth over the last 30 years and has been instrumental at each and every step of our journey. At one point or another, Elaine has performed every non-attorney function in our firm – from receptionist to travel agent to bookkeeper to party planner! When the firm opened its offices in San Diego and Chicago, Elaine single-handedly handled all aspects of the transition. She now oversees all administrative activity in our firm and directly assists the partners in keeping our firm efficient and steady while we continue to grow. She is our lighthouse and the keeper of the flame.

Over the years, Elaine has enjoyed helping the new lawyers at our firm get settled in and will continue to do so for many years to come. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her 2 daughters, Nichole and Jenn, and with her nieces and nephews. She lives in New Castle with her goldendoodles Dudley and Jack.
