Trusteed Plans Service Corporation (“TPSC”), a Washington-based consumer credit company, recently announced a cybersecurity incident, which impacted the personal information of approximately twenty thousand individuals. In the incident, a cybercriminal hacker accessed the TPSC network and may have accessed records with personally identifiable information (“PII”), including dates of birth, Social Security Numbers, and health information collected by TPSC as part of its services to health plans and plan sponsors.
