Parexel uses Oracle E-Business Suite to manage core business functions. In the incident, an unauthorized person exploited a zero-day vulnerable in the Oracle product that Parexel uses and may have acquired records containing personally identifiable information (“PII”) that includes individuals’ names in combination with:
• financial account numbers
• payment card numbers
• Social Security and/or other government ID number
